How To Build A Wedding Day Emergency Kit | Southern Illinois Photographer

Bride and Groom pose during husband and wife portraits

Wedding days can be long and exhausting but are always so fun! The day can throw some challenges at you though so it’s best to always be prepared. I recommend brides pack a wedding emergency kit to have in case any need arises and this blog will teach you how to build a wedding day emergency kit!

Health

I recommend packing the following items in the health category! Pain reliever, Band-Aids, cough drops, contact solution, spare contacts, dental floss, tissues, tampons/pads, deodorant, sunscreen, and bug spray.

Beauty

I recommend packing the following items in the beauty category! Brush/comb, concealer, lotion, lip balm, makeup remover, blotting paper, nail file, hairspray, and compact mirror.

Just In Case

I recommend packing the following items that you may not think about but are very necessary! Sewing kit, double-sided tape, lint roller, static guard, anti-slip pads, extra boutonnière pins, scissors, mints/gum, tide to-go pen, ink pen, phone charger, comfy flats/sandals, water, and snacks.

I hope this information will help you prepare for and build your wedding emergency kit leading up to the day!
